這家店離主路非常遠，開進去好荒涼，一開始還覺得怕怕的，結果進去別有洞天，在青海湖周邊屬於規模大的酒店，裝修漂亮，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，服務也超棒，父母體驗感非常好，周邊是一片大草原，除了水太小無法洗澡以外幾乎完美

帶着孩子入住、住的套房516房間看不了電視、沒有Wi-Fi，找前台才讓我們連上、然後就是斷斷續續連的上，酒店設施極差，千萬不要來住，浪費錢，好在後面有一片草場，彌補了短暫的遺憾。

離青海湖最近的設施最好，環境最美，服務周到，很有特色的藏式風格的草原酒店太棒了！感謝酒店的小卓瑪的熱情服務，氂牛肉和羊肉也很好吃！藏族小夥子小卓瑪很淳樸，雖然普通話不標準，但是很熱情，真心點贊👍👍👍👍

我跟朋友一起來的，我本來定的是精品木屋，她定的親子房，來的時候被告知木屋住不了，太冷了，被迫換到樓層房間，樓層房間要比我定的木屋便宜的多，前台告知是一樣的，我在網上查了，相差70多，顯示有空調，結果也沒有，衹有電暖氣，問了有熱水，結果熱水是限時開的，早上起來的時候還遇上停電，吃飯的地方開車要3、4公里，總的來説，入住體驗一般！
